What I offer my Downline Level I -
-Monthly downline meetings, including four quarterly "Calling ALL CSL's" downline meetings; and four quarterly newsletters.
-Earn $5 toward a Regional Seminar, Leadership Conference or National Convention for every $200 in sales and $10 for each recruit signed, that holds at least one workshop. (Honorary Level I see footnote)* Rewards earned expire one year from the end of the month earned, if not used, and cannot be transferred to another demonstrator. Reward will be given in the form of a check after the event is attended.
-Gifts for Birthdays and Stampin' Up! Anniversaries
-Assistance in person, by phone or by email as needed
-Coupon for one FREE (up to a $20 value) stamp camp or class at my home - given at time of sign-up as a new demonstrator with me.
-Invitation to an annual special Level I "Thank you" luncheon
-Able to participate in our "Secret Stampin' Sisters" activity (Opens each December)
-Chance to participate in yearly events to increase excitement in our customers. Participation level based on years and experience as a CSL and S.U. demonstrator; and where you fall in my downline.
-Regular "Downline Updates" emails.
-Chances to participate in all incentive programs, training, challenges and swaps offered by me.
-Regular group recognitions for accomplishments - mentions in Newsletters and at group meetings.
-Support from a caring group of other stampers in the CSL group that you can share with, borrow from and encourage as needs arise.
*Honorary Level I Downline will receive the Level II reimbursement rates from me, and their immediate upline (if active) is asked to make up the difference. An Honorary Level I is a person who has been asked by me to sign up under someone else to help me achieve an incentive; or a Level II who has lost their immediate upline (in this case they would receive the Level II benefits only).
